Eight short clauses for playing FIFTY. By installing or playing the game, you agree to them.

The game is free

FIFTY is free to download and play. It shows ads. There are no in-app purchases and no account.

Play fair

Don't modify the game, use automation or bots, or submit fake scores. Leaderboards are for real cuts. Scores that look fake may be removed.

Ads and rewards

Ads are served by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional. Their rewards, such as an extra heart, 30 minutes with no ads or an extra Daily Cut try, work only inside the game and have no cash value.

Your progress

Progress is saved on your device and, if you are signed in, in Google Play Games or Game Center. We don't run a server, so we can't restore lost progress.

Who owns what

The game, its shapes, sounds, name and logo belong to Syntax Lab Technology. The Nunito typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. You may use the press material on the Assets page to write about FIFTY.

No warranty

The game is provided as is. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. When the terms change, we update the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
