FIFTY is a game, not a data business. Here is what it stores, what Google and Apple handle, and what we never do.

Who we are

FIFTY is made by Abdul Rafay, trading as Syntax Lab Technology. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Syntax Lab Technology.

This policy covers the FIFTY game on Android, iPhone and iPad, and this website, fifty.rafay99.com.

What we never do

  • We never ask for an account, a name, an email address or a phone number.
  • We never run a server for the game, so your scores and progress never reach us.
  • We never sell or rent your data.
  • The game never asks for your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

What the game stores

On your device, in the app's own storage: your best scores, your Closest Cut, your Daily Cut results, tries and streak, what you have unlocked, and your settings for sound, music, haptics and reduced motion.

It stays on the phone. We can't see it.

Google Play Games and Game Center

If you are signed in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone, iPad), the game uses them for two things: leaderboards (Butter, Surgeon, Daily Cut and Closest Cut) and a cloud save that keeps your progress and merges it when you switch phones.

That data is handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies and is tied to your Play Games or Game Center profile, not to a FIFTY account. Your leaderboard name and scores can be seen by other players. You can sign out in those apps at any time.

Advertising

FIFTY is free and paid for by ads from Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:

  • Device identifiers, including the advertising ID on Android or the IDFA on iOS. On iOS the IDFA is only available if you allow tracking through App Tracking Transparency.
  • Your IP address, used for general location.
  • Ad interactions, such as views and taps.
  • Diagnostics, such as crashes and performance.

Google's use of this data is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent screen (the User Messaging Platform) before ads can be personalized. On iOS, the system asks before any tracking.

If you say no, you still see ads, just not personalized ones. You can change your choice any time in the game's settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

Children

FIFTY is made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your progress lives on your phone until you delete the app. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored there.

Cloud saves and leaderboard entries live in your Google Play Games or Game Center account. Manage or delete them there. Because we have no server, we can't see, export or restore your data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. The newest version always lives here.
